TERMS OF SERVICE & PURCHASE AGREEMENT

 By accessing this website and placing an order, you (the "Customer") unconditionally agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you must exit this site immediately.

1) REPRESENTATION OF MEDICAL STANDING

* By clicking "I Agree" or "Place Order," you solemnly swear and affirm the following: 

Age Requirement: You are at least **21 years of age** and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. 

Existing Prescription: You certify that you are currently under the care of a licensed physician and that you possess a valid, existing prescription for any medication ordered.

The "Agent" Clause: You agree that [skinislaw.store] is NOT acting as a pharmacy, but rather as your Authorized International Processing Agent. You are appointing us to source products on your behalf from jurisdictions where these items are available.

2) ASSUMPTION OF RISK & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

 No Medical Advice: All content on this site is for "educational purposes" only. It does not constitute medical advice.

The "Purge" and Reaction: You acknowledge that prescription-grade skincare (including Retinoids, isotretinoin etc.) can cause severe skin irritation, "purging," chemical burns, permanent scarring, or photosensitivity. You agree that you have consulted a doctor regarding these risks.

Waiver of Liability: You hereby release [skinislaw.store], its directors, and its overseas suppliers from any and all claims related to injury, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the results. You use these products at your own peril.

3. IMPORTATION AND CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE

Importer of Record: You acknowledge that for legal purposes, YOU are the Importer. You are responsible for ensuring the product is legal to import into your country (e.g., Sweden, USA, UK).

Seizure Policy: [skinislaw] has no control over international customs agencies. If your package is seized, delayed, or destroyed by [Tullverket/FDA/Customs], our obligation is considered fulfilled upon the provision of a tracking number. 

No Refunds for Seizures: We do not offer refunds for items confiscated by your government. By ordering, you acknowledge that you are knowingly attempting to bypass local retail channels and accept the financial risk of loss.

4. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the **Republic of Seychelles**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Forum Selection: You agree that any legal action, dispute, or claim must be filed in the courts of our choosing in [Remote Jurisdiction]. 

Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. All disputes must be handled on an individual basis via binding arbitration in our home jurisdiction. 

5. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND STORAGE

 While we strive to provide genuine products, you acknowledge that international "generics" may vary in color, scent, or consistency from Western brand-name versions. We make no warranty regarding the temperature control or storage conditions of the products during their transit across international borders.
