1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the European Union (EU) only. Orders placed from outside this region may be declined or canceled at our discretion.


2. Processing & Shipping Timeframes

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment:

  • Processing Time: Up to 10 business days

  • Shipping Time: Up to 7 business days after dispatch

This means total delivery time may take up to 17 business days.

Delays may occur due to high order volume, supplier logistics, or customs handling, and are not always within our control.


3. Order Dispatch & Refund Eligibility

If your order has not been dispatched within 17 business days, you may contact us to request a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, it is considered fulfilled on our end.


4. Customs, Importation & Seizures

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for complying with your country’s import regulations.

  • You understand that certain products may be subject to inspection, delay, or seizure by customs authorities.

  • You accept the potential risks associated with international shipping.

While we do our best to ensure successful delivery, we do not have control over customs authorities or their decisions.

In the event that a package is seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs, this is not solely within our responsibility, as these actions are taken by government agencies outside of our control.
